Supporting Learners Into Sustainable Construction Careers
BCTI Lagos x Employer Partnerships
At the Building and Construction Training Institute (BCTI) by African Land, we are committed to helping learners transition smoothly from training to meaningful, long-term careers in the construction sector.
Through strategic partnerships with reputable employers and workforce development organisations, we strengthen the link between skills training and real employment opportunities, making it easier for learners to take their next step — and for employers to access motivated, job-ready talent.
Our mission is simple: equip people with industry-leading skills and connect them to sustainable careers that support Africa’s growing built environment.
For Employers
Finding dependable, well-trained talent in the construction industry can be challenging.
That’s why BCTI partners with organisations and employers who share our commitment to excellence and workforce development.
Our learners complete accredited, hands-on training at our state-of-the-art training centre in Lekki, Lagos, gaining practical skills in masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical installation, and more. We complement this with employability support — from CV guidance to interview preparation — ensuring learners arrive ready to contribute from day one.
Partnering with BCTI offers your business:
- A consistent pipeline of job-ready, skilled candidates
- Inclusive recruitment support at no cost
- Access to motivated individuals seeking long-term careers in construction
- A chance to create real social impact through local hiring and skills development
We are proud to collaborate with leading contractors, developers, and construction firms across Nigeria, and we welcome partnerships with organisations committed to building a stronger African workforce.
