About the Training
Training at BCTI is highly interactive and practical. Learners benefit from: Classroom discussions, Team projects and real case studies, Practical yard-based training, and Site visits and work placements.
Our curriculum is built with employers to ensure skills match local labour market demands. You will be assessed through: Practical demonstrations, Health & safety understanding, Attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct. Some assignments may be completed outside regular class time.
Qualifications You Will Gain
- CSCS-equivalent Labourer Card
- Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment
- Construction safety certificates
- Additional modules depending on local employer demand
Training Locations
Training is delivered primarily at our Lekki, Lagos training centre, with partner locations expanding across:
Victoria Island, Ajah, Ikeja, Surulere, Ibadan, Ogun State.
