Speak to your mentor as early as possible. It is completely normal to encounter challenges, and our team will adjust your learning plan to keep you on schedule.

Notify both your site supervisor and your BCTI tutor in advance so we can arrange catch-up materials and log your attendance records correctly.
Upon completing your assessments, you receive your formal trade credential, and we assist you in transitioning to permanent employment or higher-level NVQs.
